حول هذا المقياس

ما الذي يقيسه

Addresses with Balance ≥ $100K measures how many Bitcoin addresses hold BTC valued at $100,000 or more using each date's BTC/USD price. Each qualifying address is counted once, so the unit is addresses rather than dollars or bitcoin.

كيفية قراءته

Expansion means more address balances reach six figures in dollars, which may result from revaluation as well as additional coins. The count rose from 226,990 on October 17, 2022 to 629,409 at the April 2024 halving, and reached about 1.17 million on October 6, 2025. It was 709,215 on October 17, 2026, making the distinction between address wealth and fixed coin ownership important.

The required BTC balance moves inversely with price; six-figure address wealth therefore does not imply a fixed ownership tier. A service can combine assets for many customers, while a wealthy individual may distribute funds below this threshold. The chart cannot count wealthy people or establish their total net worth.

الأسئلة الشائعة

Is a $100,000 Bitcoin address always a whole-coin address?

No. At a BTC price above $100,000, less than one BTC can satisfy the dollar threshold; below that price, more than one BTC is needed. The two address groups change their relationship with price.

Does this measure people with a six-figure net worth?

No. It values BTC in individual on-chain addresses, without grouping owners or counting other assets and liabilities. Custodial balances may also belong to many clients.

Are million-dollar addresses included in the $100K count?

Yes. This is a minimum-value threshold with no upper limit. Higher dollar-threshold counts overlap and should not be added together.
