Transfer Volume in Profit sums the BTC amount of transfers classified as profitable each day by comparing the spending price with the prior on-chain cost reference. The unit is BTC, so the series measures the quantity of coins moved in profit rather than the dollar value of their gains.
اسے کیسے پڑھیں
Expanding volume means more BTC is moving above its cost reference, increasing the amount potentially involved in profit realization. A decline means less profitable coin volume is moving, but may also reflect quieter overall activity. This series reached roughly 4.154 million BTC on November 30, 2011; that exceptional early flow is not a benchmark for normal daily activity today.
Profitable transfers need not be sales, and repeated movement can count the same BTC more than once over time. Read alongside the share of volume in profit to separate a change in activity from a change in its profit composition; confirm matching filters before comparing it with raw transfer totals.

اکثر پوچھے گئے سوالات
Is Transfer Volume in Profit the same as realized profit?
No. This series counts the BTC transferred in profit. Realized profit measures the gain in value between the earlier cost reference and the spending price, generally in currency units such as USD.
Can profitable transfer volume rise while its share falls?
Yes. More BTC can move in profit while the total volume covered by the same calculation grows faster, leaving the profitable share lower.
Does a profitable on-chain transfer confirm profit taking?
It identifies a transfer above its prior cost reference, not an executed sale. Moving coins between wallets can meet that condition without cashing out.
