Devon Energy Corporation (DVN) is an independent oil and natural-gas producer with operations in major U.S. shale basins. Its portfolio is concentrated in the Permian Basin and also includes the Anadarko, Eagle Ford, Bakken and, following its combination with Coterra, Appalachian assets. At the end of 2025, it reported 2.4 billion barrels of oil equivalent of proved reserves, and 2025 production averaged about 840,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day, consisting of 73% oil and natural-gas liquids and 27% natural gas.
