AMG generally acquires majority interests in affiliates and receives an agreed share of their revenue while supplying distribution, technology, operational, and strategic support. At the end of March 2026, affiliates managed $882.0 billion: private-markets firms such as Abacus Capital and Pantheon represented 17% of AUM, liquid-alternative managers including AQR and Capula represented 29%, and equity, multi-asset, and bond managers represented 54%.
