Supply Held by Addresses with 1–10 BTC adds the balances of addresses in the 1–10 BTC range, giving their combined holdings in BTC. The wholecoin-sized band is recalculated from address balances each day rather than following a fixed list of owners.

No. It sums BTC in one bounded address range. A person may own more than 1 BTC across multiple smaller addresses, while an address above 10 BTC belongs to a different band.
Why can the 1–10 BTC total decline while smaller balances grow?
Spending, address splitting and migration between balance groups can redistribute supply. Opposite movements are consistent with several wallet behaviors and do not by themselves identify transfers between distinct people.
