Talen Energy Corporation (TLN) is an independent power producer and energy-infrastructure company operating nuclear, natural-gas and coal generation assets in the United States. It sells electricity, capacity and ancillary services into wholesale power markets. Its fleet includes about 2.2 GW of nuclear capacity and dispatchable fossil generation concentrated in the Mid-Atlantic, Ohio and Montana. The PJM segment generates most revenue and includes generation, marketing, commodity-risk and fuel-management activities.
