Runes Transaction Fees is the daily sum of Bitcoin transaction fees paid by transactions classified as Runes-related, measured in sats. It measures aggregate fees, not the average fee per transaction or the value of Runes tokens transferred.
Як читати
Higher totals can reflect more Runes transactions, higher fee rates, or both; lower totals indicate less fee spending by this category. The launch-day reading on April 20, 2024 reached 97,190 million sats, while the highest daily total in 2025 was about 475M sats, illustrating how strongly the initial burst differed from later activity.
Fee totals depend on transaction sizes and competition from the rest of the network. They cannot isolate token demand or show a typical user's cost; compare transaction counts and Runes Fee Share, and divide the fees in sats by 100,000,000 and multiply by the relevant BTC price when assessing dollar expenditure.
