इस मीट्रिक के बारे में

यह क्या मापता है

Addresses with Balance ≥ $100 counts addresses whose BTC balance multiplied by the BTC/USD price on the observation date is at least $100. The output is a number of addresses, with larger balances included, rather than their combined dollar value.

इसे कैसे पढ़ें

A rising count means more addresses clear the $100 line through higher BTC balances, a higher BTC price or both. The series reached about 25.27 million on October 6, 2025, when BTC was about $123,510. By October 17, 2026, the count was about 23.35 million, versus 24.45 million a year earlier, showing that this dollar-defined population can contract.

Unlike a fixed BTC threshold, the qualifying coin balance changes whenever price changes. A $100 balance is also not necessarily economical to move during high-fee periods. Address creation, wallet splitting and custodial pooling limit its use as a measure of individual adoption, and nominal dollars do not preserve the same purchasing power across years.

अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्न

How much BTC must an address hold to qualify for $100?

Divide $100 by the BTC/USD price used for that date. The required BTC balance falls as price rises and rises as price falls, so membership can change without a transfer.

Is this a count of wallets holding exactly $100?

No. It includes every address worth at least $100, including balances worth thousands or millions of dollars. A wallet can also contain multiple addresses.

Can this count rise without new BTC holders?

Yes. Existing balances can cross the dollar threshold as price rises, or one owner's BTC can be split across several qualifying addresses. Neither requires a new person to enter.
