Entity-Adjusted Spent Volume Aged 7y–10y reports the daily BTC amount transferred after seven to ten years unspent. Movements classified as internal to the same entity are excluded, leaving the estimated flow between distinct entities.
Πώς διαβάζεται
Even a moderate rise can be conspicuous in this sparse band, indicating that very old holdings are moving again; near-zero values mean few qualifying transfers. The recorded high was about 69,427 BTC on November 3, 2020, while the entire-history median is zero, a statistic heavily shaped by ineligible early years.
There could be no seven-year coins before 2016, so full-history percentiles are not an even comparison of active periods. Entity labels cannot reveal every custody relationship or the reason for a move, and a quiet chart does not prove that all remaining old coins are lost.

Συχνές ερωτήσεις
Why is the full-history median zero for 7y–10y spent volume?
The record begins in 2009, years before any coin could meet the minimum age. Those structural zeros, alongside later quiet days, pull the median to zero; compare recent periods when assessing unusual activity.
Can a move in this band identify an early miner?
No. Coin age identifies the time since the previous move, not the origin or identity of the owner. Attribution requires separate transaction evidence.
What happens when an unspent coin becomes older than ten years?
It leaves the seven-to-ten-year supply band without creating spent volume. If it subsequently moves after exceeding ten years, its flow belongs to the over-ten-year band.
