Watch the direction and size of changes to assess whether IBIT’s underlying coin balance is expanding or contracting. Can IBIT holdings increase while its dollar value falls?
Yes. If the BTC price falls enough, a larger coin balance can still be worth less in dollars. The BTC unit lets you distinguish quantity changes from market-price effects.
Can I calculate daily IBIT inflows from this chart?
