Walt Disney Company (The) (DIS) is a global entertainment and media company with three business segments: Entertainment, Sports, and Experiences. Entertainment includes the ABC broadcast network, cable networks, Disney+ and Hulu, and the production and distribution of film and television content. That content is released in theaters, licensed to other platforms, or used on Disney's own streaming services and television networks. Sports includes the ESPN television networks and streaming services. Experiences includes theme parks, cruise ships, vacation destinations, and merchandise licensing. The Entertainment and Experiences businesses draw on Disney's well-known franchises and characters.
